Increase your company’s visibility at Swiss ePrint!
Here are some sponsoring and exhibiting options that we propose :

VAT 8.1% to be added to the fees stated below

Please note that for the 2024 edition the exhibition space is very limited. Exhibitors must respect the allocated space as indicated below.

SPONSOR : CHF 5’000.-

• 3 full participant entries to the conference, including social events, lunches and coffee breaks
• 1 table for brochures or product display (max. 2 x 3 m area) with 1 x 220 VAC electricity
• space to display 2-3   A1 posters (portrait orientation)
• company logo on the conference web site and on all conference documentation
• company description and logo in conference program
• 3 minute “elevator pitch” in main conference room.
• added visibility throughout the conference, on the conference web site and on the conference digital platform.
• special acknowledgements at conference opening and closing.

EXHIBITOR : CHF 2’000.-

A limited table-top exhibition will run in parallel to the conference for companies and organisations that wish to promote at Swiss ePrint.

The cost for each exhibition space is CHF 2’000.  For this fee, each exhibitor will receive :

• 1 full participant entry to the conference, including social events, lunches and coffee breaks
• 1 table for brochures or product display (max. 2 x 2 m area) with 1 x 220 VAC electricity
• space to display 1-2 A1 posters (portrait orientation)
• company logo on the conference web site and on all conference documentation
• company description and logo in conference program
• 3 minute “elevator pitch” in main conference room.
