BACKGROUND<\/strong><\/h2>\n

E-Printing<\/b><\/span> is a key enabling technology<\/b><\/span> that goes well beyond the established paper printing. In recent years, novel areas have matured, where printing techniques find increasingly a pathway from R&D<\/b> to industrial<\/b><\/span> manufacturing. These areas not only include organic<\/b><\/span> and printed opto-electronics<\/b><\/span>, but also micro-optical<\/b>, bio-medical<\/b>, MEMS<\/b> fabrication<\/b><\/span> and packaging<\/b><\/span>, 3D rapid prototyping<\/b>, flexible substrate<\/b><\/span> and roll-to-roll<\/b> <\/span>technologies.<\/p>\n

Switzerland<\/b><\/span> already has many activities in the E-print field, and the Swiss e-Print conference will allow active professionals to identify potential complementary partnership in this upcoming manufacturing discipline that spans across several disciplines from tools<\/b>, ink materials<\/b>, surfaces<\/b>, chemistry<\/b> & physics<\/b>, electronics<\/b><\/span> and optics<\/b><\/span>, among others.<\/p>\n

The conference will comprise invited lectures of international key people in the field with contributed papers from participants.<\/p>\n

Swiss ePrint welcomes participants from all countries<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n
